Senior Recruitment Consultant / Associate Vice President
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: Competitive base salary + monthly commission + annual bonus
SHIFT Recruitment is working with an established global recruitment business looking for experienced recruiters to join its growing Houston team.
Recruiters from all sectors are welcome.
You’ll specialise in real estate, with the training, technology and support to transfer your recruitment experience into this market.
You’ll inherit existing client relationships, take ownership of a defined market and work alongside an experienced team.

The role
- Develop existing client relationships and win new business.
- Build expertise within your real estate market.
- Source, headhunt and assess candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial conversations through to offers and placements.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records using Bullhorn.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience in any sector, or a strong background in high-level business development.
- A track record of delivering results.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- A consultative approach and willingness to learn a new market.
- Ambition to build a successful, long-term recruitment career.
Previous real estate experience is not required.
