Merchant Services / Payment Processing Operations Specialist
Merchant Nations — South Florida
Merchant Nations, a growing merchant services and payment processing company, is seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support our back-end operations and day-to-day processing workflows. This role is central to keeping our accounts, processors, and internal systems running smoothly.
Location: Office-based near Coral Springs / South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach). Flexible schedule, with the possibility of some remote days something we can discuss during the interview process.
What You'll Do:
- Submit and manage merchant accounts with processors
- Handle lease administration and related paperwork
- Support back-end operations and internal workflows
- Assist with basic technical setup and troubleshooting for merchant equipment and systems
- Coordinate with sales agents and processors to resolve account issues
What We're Looking For:
- Direct experience in merchant services / payment processing is required and will be the biggest factor in hiring
- Familiarity with submitting accounts to processors
- Experience with lease/admin documentation
- Technical aptitude experience with payment terminals, gateways, or POS systems is a strong plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
