Real Estate Developer / Construction Management (CM) (10)

Job Description

• Review the project profitability
• Develop a project budget and schedule
• Manage and supervise construction project sites
• Assist in tasks related to inspection and Certificate of Occupancy(COO)
• Manage contracts with subcontractors

Preferred Qualification

• U.S. college/ university graduate including Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD Degree (Or expected graduation)
• Actively recruiting international students studiying in the U.S.
• Experience in English-speaking countries
• Fully proficient in business Korean and English
• Education or experience in architecture or real estate development
