Duties

- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ammeters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system operations and identify problems.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking service requests and inventory management.
- Conduct stick welding tasks as required for repairs or modifications.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on customer needs and product improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in field service roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
- Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with fabrication processes is a plus.
- Background in technical sales or customer interaction is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
