About Us
BrandBrokers is a done-for-you social media agency in Old Town Scottsdale built for real estate professionals. Every week we plan, create, and post content for 20+ real estate agents, lenders, and title companies. We're a small, fast-moving team that cares about scroll-stopping content and never missing a posting deadline.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, organized person who lives on Instagram and loves editing short-form video. Most of your day will be spent editing Reels for our clients, plus helping keep each client's content and posting schedule on track. You don't need to be a high-end video editor. You do need to be fast, clean, and fluent in short-form.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form vertical videos (Reels and TikToks) in CapCut, Edits, or similar apps
- Turn raw B-roll footage into polished Reels with text hooks, captions, music, and trending audio
- Make quick revisions based on client and team feedback
- Help plan weekly content and pitch Reel ideas and trends
- Keep our content tracker updated and make sure every post goes out on time
- Work closely with our design and posting team
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio of short-form videos you've edited (personal, freelance, or professional all count)
- Fluent in CapCut, Edits, or similar apps
- Up to date on Instagram and TikTok trends, hooks, and audio
- Very organized and able to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
- Clear, reliable communicator who takes ownership of their work
- Comfortable with tools like Canva, Airtable, Notion, or Dropbox (a plus)
- Agency or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work in office in Old Town Scottsdale, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Available to start as soon as possible
