We Are:
Accenture LearnVantage is Accenture's comprehensive technology learning and training service, built on a $1 billion investment to help the world's leading organizations reskill and upskill their workforces for the AI economy. Launched in March 2024, LearnVantage brings together three industry-leading training organizations — Udacity (AI, data science, and digital skills), Award Solutions (advanced wireless, 5G, and network technologies), and Ascendient Learning (instructor-led IT training and vendor-authorized certifications) — into a single, AI-powered platform that delivers personalized, outcomes-driven workforce transformation at enterprise scale.
We sit at the intersection of Accenture's deepest client relationships and the most urgent workforce challenge in the market: helping global enterprises close the AI skills gap at speed and at scale. With Accenture's trust, reach, and account access as our foundation, LearnVantage is positioned to become the defining workforce reinvention partner for the world's most important organizations.
You Are:
A strategic, relationship-driven enterprise seller who knows how to navigate large, complex organizations — both externally with clients and internally within Accenture. You are equally comfortable sitting in an account planning session with a Managing Director as you are presenting a workforce reinvention business case to a client's CHRO. You understand how Accenture operates, how Diamond Account teams think, and how to position LearnVantage as a natural, high-value extension of the work Accenture is already doing.
You are not a lone wolf. You are a collaborator, an orchestrator, and a trusted partner to the Accenture account teams you work alongside. You know that in this environment, internal influence is as important as external selling — and you have the credibility, patience, and commercial instincts to build both.
The Work:
Embed within Accenture's Diamond Account and strategic account teams as the dedicated LearnVantage sales resource, attending account planning sessions, QBRs, and client meetings to identify and qualify workforce reinvention opportunities within active Accenture engagements
Build trusted, recurring relationships with Client Account Leads (CALs), Managing Directors, and Accenture industry leads across assigned accounts, establishing yourself as the go-to LearnVantage expert within the Accenture ecosystem
Identify the right moment to introduce LearnVantage into active Accenture transformation programs — attaching AI, data, cloud, networking, and certification training to technology implementations, managed services agreements, and change management programs already underway
Lead executive-level discovery and solution presentations with client C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CHRO, CDO, CEO, CLO), positioned as a strategic LearnVantage partner rather than a training vendor add-on
Design comprehensive LearnVantage workforce solutions — drawing on LearnVantage AI programs, Award Solutions 5G and network training, and Ascendient Learning IT certification — that complement and accelerate the technology transformations Accenture is delivering
Present value-selling business cases that connect LearnVantage investments to measurable client outcomes: AI capability development, technology adoption speed, workforce productivity, talent retention, and long-term competitive readiness
Navigate Accenture's internal commercial processes — including CCI considerations, Accenture Funding mechanisms, and co-investment structures — with the knowledge and credibility to advocate for LearnVantage's commercial interests while maintaining strong internal relationships
Manage LearnVantage pipeline across all assigned Accenture accounts with disciplined CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and regular visibility for both LearnVantage and Accenture leadership
Convert Accenture-introduced opportunities into closed, contracted LearnVantage engagements and expand those engagements over time into multi-year, multi-solution workforce partnerships
Serve as the voice of the client and the CAL back to LearnVantage's product, curriculum, and go-to-market teams — surfacing emerging skill gaps, deal structure needs, and market opportunities that improve LearnVantage's relevance within the Accenture ecosystem
Travel to client sites and Accenture offices as required to support strategic account pursuits; travel estimated at 30–50% depending on assigned accounts
Here's What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, account management, sales leadership, or new logo acquisition in a consulting, technology, or professional services environment.
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing significant net new business in mid-market or multi-subsidiary environments, preferably $500K+ ARR deals or more
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus Points If:
You have direct experience with Accenture's account structure, including familiarity with Diamond Accounts, CAL/MD relationships, and Accenture's internal commercial processes (CCI, Accenture Funding, co-investment)
You have experience selling corporate learning, AI and digital skills platforms, managed learning services, IT certification training, or workforce technology into large enterprise accounts
You have familiarity with any LearnVantage solution area — AI/ML (Udacity), advanced wireless and 5G (Award Solutions), or instructor-led IT certification (Ascendient Learning)
You have experience building and scaling a co-sell motion within a large partner or alliance ecosystem
You have experience leading or mentoring sales talent and an interest in helping build the LearnVantage sales team as we scale
You have existing relationships within Accenture's account teams or with the clients served by Accenture's Diamond Account practice
Professional Experience:
Excellent communication, executive presence, and the ability to present persuasively to executive audiences.
In addition to base pay, this Sales role is eligible for additional incentive compensation which is based on achievement toward individual sales metrics, subject to Plan terms

Enterprise Account Manager Jobs in Arizona: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a enterprise account manager in Arizona?
Becoming an enterprise account manager in Arizona typically starts with a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline, followed by several years in B2B or mid-market sales roles. Arizona does not require a state-issued license for this role. Most candidates build toward it through inside sales, account executive, or business development positions at Phoenix-area technology firms or financial services companies before moving into enterprise-level responsibility.
How much do enterprise account managers make in Arizona?
Enterprise account managers in Arizona earn a median of about $72,920 a year, based on May 2025 Bureau of Labor Statistics wage data, ranging from around $40,680 for the lowest 10% to over $130,220 for the top 10%. Pay rises with experience, specialty, and employer.
Which companies hire enterprise account managers in Arizona?
Employers hiring enterprise account managers in Arizona right now include Accenture, Nuvei, and Calero, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Arizona's concentration of technology headquarters and regional offices in the Greater Phoenix area makes it one of the more active enterprise sales markets in the Southwest.
Which Arizona cities have the most enterprise account manager jobs?
Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arizona have the highest concentration of enterprise account manager openings in Arizona. Phoenix leads because of its dense cluster of technology, financial services, and healthcare IT employers, while Scottsdale and Tempe draw activity from SaaS companies, fintech firms, and the regional offices of national enterprises that have relocated or expanded there in recent years.
Are there remote enterprise account manager jobs in Arizona?
Yes, and more than most fields. Enterprise account management is a desk-anchored, relationship-driven role that translates well to remote work, particularly for accounts managed over video and phone. About 86% of enterprise account manager openings tied to Arizona are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, and the most fully remote positions tend to be with cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity vendors that operate nationwide client books.
How can I get hired as a enterprise account manager in Arizona with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is landing a sales development representative or inside sales role at a Phoenix or Scottsdale technology company, where structured sales training and quota attainment history are the primary criteria for promotion. Companies such as GoDaddy and local SaaS firms regularly post SDR and associate account executive roles that feed their enterprise teams. Building a Salesforce certification and a record of consistent quota achievement in a mid-market role is the credential that opens enterprise-level doors most reliably in Arizona.
Where can I find and apply to enterprise account manager jobs in Arizona?
You can find and apply to enterprise account manager jobs in Arizona on Migrate Mate, which lists current openings across the state. Search the available roles, find the ones that match your experience and target industry, and apply directly to the positions that fit.
