- Graduated from college with a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)
- University undergraduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Exceptional communication skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
- Able to relocate if needed
- Traveling up to 75% after training program
- Successful completion of the 16-week training course
Location:
- Services candidates will be required to reside in Mason, OH from June 2027 to October 2027 for their Genesis Training Program. Depending on project assignment after Genesis, there is a possibility that you may need to move to key customer locations.
Security Clearance:
- Candidate must be a United States Citizen with no dual citizenship and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance and access to special access programs
