- Develop training materials, user guides, and provide ongoing support to help users adopt new systems.
- Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations to communicate project updates, test results, and recommendations.
- Support change management by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance of new solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and assisting with proposal development.
- Support lead generation and sales tracking through (Customer Relationship Management) CRM tools, working with marketing and sales to align solutions with client needs.
- Collect and analyze client and market feedback to guide product improvements and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business admin or related with at least 60 months of experience.
- Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year
