Job Summary:
Description of the purpose of this job and what it contributes to Key. Includes any dotted line reporting relationship job title, if applicable.
This position is responsible for analyzing data, business needs, and processes to collaborate with the marketplaces operational management team, identifying areas for improvement of the marketplace’s performance.
Incumbent will act as a bridge between business stakeholders to facilitate the alignment of the marketplace’s strategies with the company’s strategy including measuring the performance of each department and provides assistance in planning for corrective actions and continuous improvement if necessary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collects and analyzes data, trends, and current processes to understand accuracy of information and root causes of issues with data continuity.
- Work with stakeholders to define needs and ensure solutions fit the business’ objectives.
- Develops holistic recommendations, analyzes data and trends in order to develop solutions to enhance the overall performance of the marketplace and Company.
- Oversees data collection into systems in order to provide analysis for problem solving.
- Develops and generates reports for subsequent actions to all levels within the company including the Executive Committee.
- Creates and conducts training and testing materials for new processes.
- Presents findings based on trends and research with the ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Writes and revises procedures on selected processes.
- Provides coaching and guidance to department heads regarding data and information in formal presentations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Advanced skills in the use of computer software, such as Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, relational data bases, scheduling, data warehousing, etc.
Education Requirements:
Education and knowledge listed below represent the demonstrated skill in a specific area required for this job.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, IT, information management system, or a related field of study. Or 5+ years of experience in similar field of expertise.
