Job Summary:
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Mainframe technologies including CICS and DB2 to develop and maintain robust mainframe applications.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain mainframe applications leveraging CICS and DB2 technologies
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical design specifications
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives
- Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability
- Document software changes and provide end user support and training
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices within the MAINFRAMECOBOLCICSDB2 skill cluster family.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and debug mainframe applications using CICS and DB2
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle SDLC processes
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and internal policies
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
Compensation range: $90,032.00 to $134,200.00 per year
