What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Staffing Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for 5–6 dedicated account managers. You will split your time between strategic recruiting (75%) and foundational human resources support (25%).

- Own the Candidate Experience: Take charge of the "Budd Connect" onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported from day one.
- Be Visible in the Field: Spend about 30% of your week visiting local client sites to conduct 1-on-1 employee stay-interviews, maintaining high retention rates.
