Job Description
The Process Technician plays a critical role in supporting distribution, repair, and light manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for monitoring process performance, troubleshooting operational issues, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and accurate customer order fulfillment.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes, including support for Windchill applications and related systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, and workflow issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Support repair, assembly, and light manufacturing activities.
- Perform quality inspections and process verification to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and operational records.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications
