Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships leads the identification and development of growth opportunities by cultivating and sustaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external partners. This role drives business development initiatives, negotiates agreements, and guides cross-functional teams to implement strategic solutions aligned with Walmart’s objectives. Utilizing data-driven insights and advanced problem-solving, the position influences decision-making and fosters collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in strategic partnerships, business development, engineering, or related area.
