About the Role

Responsibilities

- Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline, utilizing your professional network to generate consistent new business opportunities.
- Foster deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term account retention and growth.
- Partner with internal support teams to streamline the onboarding experience and elevate overall customer satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting to leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the organization at industry trade shows and conferences to expand brand visibility and network with potential partners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to post-sale success.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of proven success in direct sales within the folding carton or PS label industries.
- Expertise in advanced negotiation tactics and modern customer relationship management (CRM) strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel nationally to support business development objectives.
