About The Role
As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate focused on our Going Out product you’ll own critical pieces of the merchant go-to-market strategy, including sales GTM, in-product reporting and insights, and strategies to drive merchants volume and value. You will report to our S&O lead for Going Out and work on some of the most urgent projects as the team builds a sustainable business and prepares to scale nationwide. You’ll own and collaborate on critical components of our business including merchant sales and onboarding, merchant experience, and in-product reporting and A&P offerings. You’ll design and execute experiments to learn how we can drive the most value for our partners. This role will also include regular customer research, and tons of collaboration with product, marketing, and sales.

We’re Excited About You Because…
- You have 2+ years of experience in management consulting / tech / design / investment banking / corporate strategy / business development / business operations or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience strongly preferred
- You have an established track record of achieving tangible outcomes and moving needles
- You have experience leading projects, working in a team, and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job responsibilities
- You can translate high-level goals into applicable plans & action items
- You have excellent Excel skills (can perform complex functions); SQL knowledge a bonus

Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information. DoorDash cares about you and your overall well-being. For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $87,000—$128,000 USD
