About the Role
MyRegistry.com is seeking a Manager, U.S. Hispanic Growth Marketing & Strategic Partnerships to build and grow our presence among U.S. Hispanic consumers.
This is a highly commercial, relationship-driven growth role for someone who knows how to turn market opportunities into measurable business results.
We are looking for a marketer and relationship builder who is equally comfortable developing a campaign strategy, initiating conversations with prospective partners, delivering a compelling pitch, negotiating an opportunity and following through to activation.
This is not a translation-focused role. The person in this position will understand the diversity, culture, media habits and consumer behaviors of U.S. Hispanic audiences and use those insights to develop acquisition strategies and partnerships that introduce MyRegistry.com to new consumers at scale.
You will have significant ownership of this market and the opportunity to build relationships across media, retail, creators, community organizations, wedding and baby industries, consumer brands and other organizations with strong connections to U.S. Hispanic audiences.
We are looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating opportunities—not simply managing campaigns that already exist.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute the U.S. Hispanic growth strategy across MyRegistry.com's wedding registry, baby registry and universal gift list businesses.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential marketing and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Proactively identify and engage media companies, retailers, creators, consumer brands, wedding and baby organizations, community organizations and other potential partners.
- Lead outreach and relationship development—from the initial introduction and discovery conversation through pitching, negotiation, activation and ongoing growth.
- Develop compelling partnership proposals that clearly communicate the value of working with MyRegistry.com.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted representative of MyRegistry.com within the U.S. Hispanic market.
- Identify opportunities for co-marketing campaigns, audience partnerships, referral programs, affiliate relationships, creator collaborations, sponsorships and other scalable acquisition initiatives.
- Develop culturally relevant campaigns and messaging in Spanish and English that connect authentically with U.S. Hispanic consumers.
- Identify the strongest combination of paid media, social, search, content, creators, affiliates, partnerships and community-based acquisition channels.
- Work closely with performance marketing, creative, product, communications, sales, analytics and lifecycle marketing teams to turn opportunities into measurable programs.
- Track partnership and marketing opportunities from initial outreach through activation and results.
- Use campaign and customer data to understand what is working, identify new opportunities and continuously improve performance.
- Present market insights, pipeline development, partnership opportunities and growth performance to senior leadership.
- Manage budgets responsibly and direct resources toward the audiences, channels and partnerships demonstrating the greatest potential.
The Commercial Side of This Role
This position requires someone who genuinely enjoys the business-development side of marketing.
You should be comfortable:
- Initiating conversations with people and organizations you do not already know.
- Building a pipeline rather than waiting for opportunities to come to you.
- Reaching out to prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, introductions, networking and industry relationships.
- Conducting discovery conversations and understanding what matters to a potential partner.
- Developing and presenting persuasive partnership proposals.
- Following up consistently and professionally.
- Navigating objections and finding creative ways to structure mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Negotiating partnership terms and moving conversations toward a decision.
- Maintaining relationships after launch and identifying opportunities to expand successful partnerships.
You don't need to come from a traditional sales organization. Successful experience may come from business development, strategic partnerships, media sales, advertising, influencer or creator partnerships, account growth, multicultural marketing, brand partnerships or another commercially focused marketing role.
What We're Looking For
We know strong candidates can arrive at this role through different career paths. If you have the core experience and believe you can make an impact, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every preferred qualification.
Core Qualifications
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience across growth marketing, multicultural marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, media sales, consumer marketing or related areas.
- Demonstrated experience reaching or marketing to U.S. Hispanic consumers.
- A track record of developing relationships that resulted in partnerships, revenue, customer acquisition, audience growth or other measurable business outcomes.
- Confidence communicating with prospective partners and presenting ideas to decision-makers.
- Experience developing or executing customer-acquisition programs across digital, social, content, partnerships or other channels.
- Strong understanding of the diversity within U.S. Hispanic communities and the ability to develop culturally relevant strategies for different audiences.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand another organization's priorities and develop mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Comfort using performance data to evaluate opportunities and make decisions.
- Ability to move comfortably between strategy, relationship development and hands-on execution.
Helpful, But Not Required
- Experience in wedding, baby, gifting, retail, e-commerce, family, lifestyle or another consumer-focused category.
- Existing relationships with U.S. Hispanic media organizations, creators, retailers, consumer brands or community organizations.
- Experience with media sales, advertising sales, sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, influencer partnerships or strategic business development.
- Experience with Meta, Google Ads, influencer marketing, affiliate platforms, CRM or marketing-automation tools.
- Experience launching a new market, audience segment, partnership program or business initiative.
- Experience managing a business-development or partnership pipeline using a CRM or similar system.
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in this role will be based on both market growth and commercial execution, including:
- Growth in qualified U.S. Hispanic traffic, leads, registrations and activated users.
- Number and quality of new partnership opportunities developed.
- Partnership pipeline growth and conversion.
- New strategic partnerships successfully launched.
- Consumer acquisition generated through partnerships.
- Cost per lead, cost per registration and customer acquisition cost.
- Growth in wedding registries, baby registries and gift lists created by U.S. Hispanic consumers.
- Expansion and continued performance of successful partnerships.
- Development of a sustainable and repeatable U.S. Hispanic growth engine.
The Person Who Will Thrive Here
You are someone who enjoys both marketing and making connections happen.
You see an organization, brand, creator or community with the right audience and immediately begin thinking about how a partnership could work.
You are comfortable making the first introduction, starting the conversation and presenting an idea—but you also understand that successful business development is about listening, building trust and creating value for both sides.
You are persistent without being transactional, persuasive without losing authenticity and commercially minded while remaining deeply aware of the audience and community you are representing.
You enjoy having ownership. Rather than waiting for a fully developed playbook, you are excited by the opportunity to help create one.
Most importantly, you understand that the U.S. Hispanic market is diverse and nuanced, and you are excited about building authentic relationships and programs that introduce MyRegistry.com to consumers during some of the most meaningful moments in their lives.
Our Approach to Hiring
MyRegistry.com values different backgrounds, perspectives and professional experiences. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities and encourage qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
If this opportunity excites you but your background doesn't match every preferred qualification listed above, we still encourage you to apply. We are interested in what you have accomplished, the relationships you know how to build and the results you believe you can create.

Partnerships Manager Jobs in Florida: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a partnerships manager in Florida?
Most partnerships manager roles in Florida require a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field. Florida does not issue a state license for this role, so hiring is based on experience and demonstrated results in business development or account management. Building a portfolio of partnership wins, gaining experience in a Florida industry such as technology, healthcare, or hospitality, and pursuing credentials like the Certified Partnership Executive designation can strengthen a candidacy.
Which companies hire partnerships managers in Florida?
Employers hiring partnerships managers in Florida right now include Big Brothers Big Sisters, RSM, and Pluno, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Florida's concentration of technology firms, regional healthcare networks, and tourism companies means hiring activity stays broad and spread across multiple industries rather than clustering in a single sector.
Which Florida cities have the most partnerships manager jobs?
Tampa, Florida, and Miami have the most partnerships manager openings in Florida. Miami leads because of its dense concentration of multinational companies, fintech firms, and media organizations, while Tampa and Orlando generate consistent volume through their large healthcare systems, hospitality brands, and growing tech corridors that all rely on structured partnership functions.
Are there remote partnerships manager jobs in Florida?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 50% of partnerships manager openings tied to Florida are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting how much of the work centers on communication, relationship management, and contract coordination rather than physical presence. Fully remote roles are most common in technology and SaaS companies, while healthcare and hospitality partnerships roles tend to require some on-site presence.
How can I get hired as a partnerships manager in Florida with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is moving into partnerships from an adjacent role such as account coordinator, marketing associate, or inside sales representative. Large Florida employers like AdventHealth, Roper Technologies, and hospitality groups regularly hire into associate business development or partner enablement roles that do not require a prior partnerships title. Building experience managing vendor or community relationships, even informally, and earning a project management or business development certificate helps distinguish candidates without a direct background.
Where can I find and apply to partnerships manager jobs in Florida?
You can find and apply to partnerships manager jobs in Florida on Migrate Mate, which lists current Florida openings updated regularly. Search the available roles, find the ones that fit your background and target city, and apply directly to each employer through the listing.
