Strategy Intern Jobs in Nashville: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a strategy intern job in Nashville?
The strongest path into strategy internships in Nashville runs through healthcare and health-tech, music and entertainment companies anchored in the city, and the growing financial services sector around downtown. Employers in these industries consistently recruit from Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Tennessee State. Candidates who can show analytical project work, familiarity with healthcare operations or consumer markets, and a genuine connection to Nashville's business community stand out in this market.
Which companies hire strategy interns in Nashville?
Companies currently hiring strategy interns in Nashville include Amazon, Oracle, and Deloitte, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Nashville's employer mix leans toward large health systems, entertainment and media companies, and regional financial firms, which together drive most of the local demand for strategy intern talent.
Are there remote strategy intern jobs in Nashville?
Yes, though availability depends on the type of work. Strategy internships that involve data analysis, market research, or deck-building can run hybrid or fully remote, while roles tied to operations or in-room stakeholder work are typically on-site. About 63% of strategy intern openings tied to Nashville are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with the highest remote share coming from tech-adjacent and corporate strategy teams.
How can I get a strategy intern job in Nashville with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point in Nashville is targeting rotational or analyst programs at the city's major health systems and insurance companies, which regularly bring on interns with limited prior experience. Roles in research coordination, project support, or business operations at Nashville-based healthcare or entertainment firms can serve as stepping stones. A clear research sample, even from coursework, and connections built through Nashville's active young professionals networks give early-career candidates a practical edge here.
