Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Supply Chain Analytics Manager to lead data architecture, KPI frameworks, reporting systems, and decision-support analytics across the ISS Division. This role serves as the analytical backbone of the supply chain organization—transforming complex operational data into actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, inventory performance, supplier reliability, and overall operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings deep ERP expertise, strong business intelligence skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain functions including demand planning, materials management, procurement, logistics, and SIOP.
Key Responsibilities
KPI Architecture & Performance Measurement
- Develop and maintain the ISS Division’s end-to-end supply chain KPI framework, ensuring consistent metric definitions, data sources, and reporting cadences.
- Deliver executive-ready dashboards and performance packages that provide visibility into on-time delivery, material availability, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and procurement cost trends.
- Establish a single source of truth for all supply chain reporting, eliminating redundant or manual data processes.
SIOP & Planning Analytics
- Serve as the analytical engine for the monthly SIOP process—supporting demand planning, consensus forecasting, supply-demand balancing, and risk assessment.
- Build models that analyze forecast accuracy, revenue at risk, supply constraints, and capacity exposure.
- Provide scenario planning, sensitivity modeling, and predictive insights to enable informed leadership decisions.
Procurement & Supplier Analytics
- Design procurement dashboards for spend analysis, PPV tracking, supplier performance, and cost-reduction measurement.
- Support commodity managers with market intelligence, lead-time tracking, and supplier scorecards for QBRs and strategic sourcing decisions.
- Provide global procurement analytics to align ISS category data with INFICON’s broader international operations.
SAP Data Infrastructure & Reporting
- Build and manage supply chain data pipelines from SAP (MM, PP, SD, WM) and related systems.
- Develop automated dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Establish data governance standards, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all supply chain data sources.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives powered by data-driven insights.
- Implement leading indicators that shift the organization from reactive to proactive risk management.
- Support digital supply chain initiatives, including simulation models and advanced analytics tools.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Supply Chain, Data Science, or Engineering) preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, or business intelligence within complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven success building KPI frameworks, data models, and analytics tools in multi-product, global supply chain settings.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, precision instruments, medical devices, aerospace/defense, or industrial technology preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong SAP expertise across PP, MM, SD, and WM; capable of interpreting MRP logic and ERP data structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and executive dashboard design.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with forecasting methods, SIOP/S&OP analytics, capacity modeling, and inventory optimization.
- Advanced Excel capability for analytical modeling and automation.
Preferred Attributes
- Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, SAP SCM certification, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present complex insights to senior leadership.

Additional Information
The expected salary range for this position is between $90k and $115k per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit-sharing bonus with a target of 10% as well as 401K match up to 8% (vesting schedule). The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
