INTRODUCTION
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in building best-in-class supply chain analytics at Bob’s Discount Furniture. This role focuses on leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytical techniques to optimize supply chain performance and drive business outcomes. You will partner cross-functionally with Technology and Supply Chain teams to improve processes, enhance visibility, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Core Competencies & Expertise
- Advanced data analysis and modeling using tools such as SQL, R, and Python
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory strategy, replenishment, and safety stock modeling
- Ability to design and automate data workflows and analytical models to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI) to communicate insights clearly
- Strong mathematical reasoning and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to solve complex problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Logistics, IT, and Supply Chain Operations
Preferred Competencies & Skills
- Experience optimizing key supply chain metrics such as OTIF, in-stock levels, and inventory flow
- Familiarity with large-scale data environments and integrating multiple data sources
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Mathematics, or related field
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 2–3+ years of experience in supply planning, analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases
- Experience using programming languages such as R or Python for data analysis and modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Physical Demands
Ability to sit, type, and work at a computer for extended periods in an office environment
Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:
$70,000 - $95,000
