We're looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who sees recruiting as both an art and a science. You'll have the opportunity to shape hiring strategies, influence business leaders, strengthen our employer brand, and help build teams that transform the lives of the individuals we serve.
As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding.
You'll:
- Hunt for top talent using creative sourcing strategies, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
- Build talent pipelines before positions even become available.
- Recruit for a diverse portfolio of positions including clinical, education, leadership, professional, and high-volume roles.
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop customized recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the best talent.
- Present exceptional candidates while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close candidates.
- Represent Oak Hill at career fairs, colleges, networking events, and community organizations.
- Strengthen our employer brand and help make Oak Hill an employer of choice.
- Recommend innovative recruiting tools, technologies, and process improvements that increase hiring success.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple business lines and managing numerous requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Business acumen with the ability to consult and influence hiring leaders.
- Ability to travel throughout Connecticut for recruiting events and partnerships.
