I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in factory automation and industrial sales before deciding to pursue the opportunity to own my own business. I'm an Ohio State graduate, and insurance truly runs in the family - my wife is an independent insurance agent, and our son works alongside her.
We believe in creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel supported. Our agency has a fun, family-oriented atmosphere, and I believe in giving my team the freedom to succeed without micromanaging.
Our agency offers PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding hard work while providing opportunities for long-term success.
I'm looking for someone who is competitive, outgoing, and motivated to succeed. If you have a can-do attitude, enjoy learning, and are driven by the opportunity to grow your career and maximize your earning potential, we'd love to have you on our team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randy Wagner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Team Manager Jobs in Cincinnati: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a team manager job in Cincinnati?
Cincinnati's strongest hiring is in healthcare systems, retail and distribution operations, and financial services firms clustered in Blue Ash, Mason, and the Central Business District. Candidates who stand out typically have direct supervisory experience in those sectors, a working knowledge of the Cincinnati-area employer base, and references from local organizations. Tailoring your application to the specific operational context of each employer, whether it is a hospital system or a regional bank, matters more here than generic management credentials.
Which companies hire team managers in Cincinnati?
Companies currently hiring team managers in Cincinnati include State Farm, Target, and Saint Joe's, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Cincinnati's mix of Fortune 500 headquarters, large healthcare networks, and regional distribution centers means openings appear across a wide range of employer sizes and sectors.
Are there remote team manager jobs in Cincinnati?
Yes, though remote availability depends heavily on the role type. Team manager positions in healthcare, retail, warehouse, and field operations are almost always on-site, while those in financial services, insurance, and tech-adjacent functions are more likely to offer flexibility. About 0% of team manager openings tied to Cincinnati are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, with hybrid arrangements most common among corporate and analytical management roles in the Blue Ash and Downtown office corridors.
How can I get a team manager job in Cincinnati with little or no experience?
The most realistic path in Cincinnati is moving into a team lead or shift supervisor role at one of the area's large retail, healthcare, or distribution employers, where internal promotion into full management is common. Kroger's regional operations, Cincinnati Children's Health System, and the many third-party logistics employers along the I-75 corridor are known for developing entry-level candidates into managers. Completing a frontline supervisory assignment and building a record of scheduling, coaching, or process improvement work gives you the local credibility most Cincinnati hiring managers want to see.
Which industries hire the most team managers in Cincinnati?
Most team manager openings in Cincinnati sit in Insurance, Retail, and Hospitality & Tourism, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Cincinnati's role as a regional hub for consumer goods, healthcare delivery, and financial services creates consistent demand for operational managers across those sectors year-round.
