The Opportunity
Gaines Investment Trust is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pavilions at Pantano in Tucson.
We're looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.
What You'll Do
- Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
- Prepare apartment homes for new move-ins
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Help maintain common areas and overall property appearance
- Participate in the rotational on-call schedule for maintenance emergencies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of maintenance experience; multifamily experience preferred
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance
- HVAC certification required or currently in progress; EPA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
