What You’ll Do
- Run 6 to 8 residential service calls per day, providing an exceptional, high-integrity customer experience
- Diagnose and repair all types of residential major appliances
- Prepare and clearly communicate options and pricing to homeowners
- Utilize our field service software (dispatch.me) on a company iPad to create estimates and invoices, input detailed job notes, and upload pictures of your work
- Safely operate and maintain your assigned company vehicle
- Attend our weekly team meetings on Mondays and Fridays at 7:00 AM at our Chandler office (Arizona Ave & Guadalupe)
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Proven experience in residential appliance repair
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
