What You'll Do
- Independently diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Perform advanced diagnostics using scan tools, oscilloscopes, wiring diagrams, and proven testing procedures.
- Complete thorough digital inspections with accurate documentation and repair recommendations.
- Research labor times, parts, and build accurate repair estimates.
- Perform high-quality repairs, test drives, and final quality checks.
- Take ownership of your productivity, diagnostic accuracy, and workmanship.
- Share technical knowledge and support fellow technicians when needed.
- Follow proven shop processes while helping identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
- Advanced diagnostic skills in electrical, drivability, engine performance, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose difficult problems without guessing or unnecessary parts replacement.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and testing procedures.
- Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Self-motivated problem solver who takes pride in getting it right the first time.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continuously improve.
- ASE certifications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
