We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Processing Operator / Maintenance Technician who combines strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain industrial food-processing equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial food-processing equipment according to established procedures. Set up, adjust, monitor, and clean equipment between production runs. Troubleshoot mechanical and operational problems during processing. Perform routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments. Assist with installation, modification, and improvement of processing equipment. Operate pumps, valves, tanks, centrifuges, filtration systems, and drying equipment. Perform equipment disassembly and reassembly for cleaning and maintenance. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Maintain production records and report equipment issues. Qualifications Required: Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability. Experience operating or maintaining industrial equipment. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical measuring instruments. Ability to work independently and solve practical equipment problems. Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment. Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn new processes. Preferred: Experience in food processing, agricultural processing, chemical manufacturing, or industrial production. Experience with pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, and piping systems.
