JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in leading and managing organizational change on large scale IT or ERP implementations (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle)
- University level education
- Credible amongst peers and senior managers
- Ability to motivate a team and influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management responsibility in a period of large scale change
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coach & help others to help themselves
- Good written and spoken English as well as fluent in Market/ Entity/ Group language
- Quickly see through business processes, interdependencies & cross-country and functional perspective
- Effective listening, empathic, positive outlook, embraces change
- Proactive, confident and tenacious (will follow actions through to a successful conclusion)
- High personal drive and very self-motivated
- Demonstrated good judgment and initiative
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in leading and managing projects
- Experience and knowledge of the relevant Market/ Entity/ Group within client
