Data Client Success Specialist
Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking a Data Client Success Specialist. This position is located in our New York City office with a hybrid schedule (three days onsite, two days remote).
Job Overview:
This position will play a key role as a conduit between our Data Reporting team and our sales support teams and clients. We are looking for a unique individual that understands data and analytics, has strong organizational skills and is a positive communicator, both verbally and in writing with experience in direct client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Data Client Success Manager, support the coordination between client and internal teams
- Communicate with sales and external clients on a regular basis to explain our data capabilities and collect requirements
- Review client specs with internal data/analytics teams as part of standard reporting
- Track client data requests and follow up with internal team on status
Skills and Requirements:
- 1-3 years related experience
- Background in data and client management
- Knowledgeable in Google and MS products, specifically Sheets and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce, and project management tools
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to think creatively for solutions
- BS/MS degree in related field (or equivalent training and experience)
