Qualifications
- 2–6 years of product liability, tort, and insurance litigation experience
- Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
- Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
- Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- California licensure
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $197,000-$227,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
Associates are also eligible for:
- Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
- Annual subjective bonus
