Job Description/ Requirement:
- 3–5+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
- Advanced expertise in Figma.
- Experience creating high-fidelity, production-ready designs, prototypes, and design documentation.
- Strong understanding of component-based design, auto layout, variants, responsive design, and design systems.
- Experience designing complex workflows, enterprise applications, and service-support tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Skills
- AI-enabled applications, assistants, chatbots, or decision-support tools.
- Contact center/customer service applications.
- Healthcare or health insurance domain experience.
- Internal enterprise tools and Build-Operate-Transfer environments.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Relevant UX Design experience may substitute for education.
