Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated a passionate candidate to fill the role of MAP Operations and Vendor Services Manager for our Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. The selected candidate will be the county and funder liaison for business functions assigned to the MAP Programs, in addition to managing the MOVS business unit. They will supervise our subcontractor compliance process, as executed by the QA Subcontractor Coordinators. They will manage vendor services, operational approvals, risk management, corrective action oversight, reporting, and program-wide operational coordination.
Position Overview:
Business Liaison:
- Serve as primary county and funder business liaison.
- Oversee subcontractor contracts and compliance.
- Manage vendor approvals and performance oversight..
- Monitor risk management and operational compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, HR, IT, QA) to align operations with strategic goals.
- Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
- Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure clear understanding of contractual requirements and compliance goals.
- Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and contract adherence.
- Lead corrective action process to resolve issues or disputes with vendors promptly.
- Support of onboarding and offboarding of vendor staff.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train site staff, including maintenance, logistics, and operational teams.
- Conduct performance appraisals and address disciplinary or performance issues.
- Foster a collaborative, safety-focused work environment.
Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management or government stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate operational records and audit documentation.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe, secure, and compliant manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years operational leadership experience
- Government contract/vendor management experience
- Strong compliance and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with reporting systems and compliance analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis experience preferred.
- Nonprofit experience preferred.
