- Experience with venipuncture and phlebotomy
- Experience placing and maintaining IV catheters
- Knowledge of anesthesia and patient monitoring
- Strong technical nursing skills
- Strong client service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Availability to work rotating weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) credential
- CPR experience or certification
- Experience with EzyVet
- Urgent care, emergency, or specialty veterinary medicine experience
- Strong interest in continued learning and professional development
