- Inspect activity and outcomes—not just forecasts—including outreach volume and quality, meetings, discovery conversion, pipeline created, stage progression, win rate, sales-cycle velocity, quota attainment, and new-logo performance.
- Use transparent reporting and metrics to identify gaps early, improve conversion, and hold the team accountable to agreed actions.
- Coach AEs to prospect fearlessly, lead great business-first discovery, build champions, multi-thread buying groups, and create quantified customer value.
- Lead weekly pipeline, opportunity, forecast, and activity reviews; improve qualification, deal strategy, forecast accuracy, and close execution.
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to improve pipeline quality and first production outcomes.
- Personally engage in priority new-logo pursuits through executive alignment, inspection, coaching, and close strategy.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data, analytics, AI, or related technology sales experience, including 5+ years leading quota-carrying teams.
- A proven record of building high-performing new-logo teams and generating outbound pipeline in complex enterprise markets.
- Strong operating discipline and fluency with activity metrics, pipeline coverage, conversion analysis, forecast inspection, CRM, and reporting.
- A hands-on coaching approach grounded in call review, discovery inspection, deal inspection, and measurable behavior change.
- Experience coaching sellers on prospecting, discovery, champion building, executive engagement, business value, and competitive selling.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology buyers and modern data, AI, and cloud priorities.
