Analyze data to draw insights, patterns and conclusions that will enable the business to improve their products, services, processes or to develop new strategies. Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized National Accounts Data and Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is critical for supporting the growth of the intermediary business, internal platforms, broker dealers, and financial advisors by coordinating and drafting responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Key Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end DDQ/RFP lifecycle, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all intermediary platform questionnaires are submitted accurately and on time.
Interface with various internal teams including Portfolio, Product, Human Resources, and Compliance to gather updated product data, investment philosophies, and organizational metrics.
Assist in tailoring standard proposal responses to address the unique platform requirements of key wealth management clients and financial advisor networks.
Maintain, and systematically update our centralized proposal content library with refreshed product statistics and narrative updates.
Route all drafted responses through formal legal and compliance review workflow to ensure strict adherence to SEC and FINRA regulatory guidelines.
Assist the broader internal teams with special projects and audits as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related business field is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience within financial services, investment management, or asset management are highly preferred.
- Fundamental understanding of financial markets and investment vehicles is preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel). Comfort learning specialized software, such as RFP automation tools or CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset toward internal sales desks and external clients.
- Exceptional time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
