- Keep every open program visible: what is approved, what is in production, what is installed, what is invoiced
- Be the single point of contact your accounts trust
- Run quarterly reviews with your top accounts; know their rollout calendar before they tell you
- Resolve issues fast and in writing. A missed install at one site cannot become a lost account
- Three or more years in business-to-business account management, inside or outside sales, or client program management, with responsibility for growing revenue, not just servicing it
- Experience with multi-location, franchise, or program accounts in any industry: uniforms, fixtures, facilities services, promotional products, packaging, point-of-purchase displays, commercial furniture, construction services, or similar
- Comfortable with specifications, dimensions, and production files. You will learn our materials and methods here; you need to be someone who likes learning how things are made
- Organized enough to run many concurrent orders across many sites without dropping one. You keep a system, and it is written down
- Clear, direct writer. Program accounts run on email and documentation
- Valid driver’s license. Local travel to client sites and installs
- Based in Downers Grove with flexibility for client visits
- Sign, print, graphics, trade show, or point-of-purchase industry experience
- Selling to or working inside a franchise system
- Agency-side production or account experience
