We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our seasonal resort. This role is essential to ensuring the successful opening and closing of facilities each season, maintaining property standards, and providing an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of facilities maintenance, a strong understanding of seasonal property operations, and the ability to manage a small maintenance team. Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement a detailed plan for opening and closing all resort facilities, including guest and employee lodging, dining facilities, and common areas.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and shutdown of utilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all facilities are ready for seasonal use and are properly closed and secured at the end of the season.
