INTRODUCTION
Wiliot was founded by the team that invented one of the technologies at the heart of 5G. Their next vision was to develop an IoT sticker, a computing element that can power itself by harvesting radio frequency energy, bringing connectivity and intelligence to everyday products and packaging—things previously disconnected from the IoT. This revolutionary mixture of cloud and semiconductor technology is being used by some of the world’s largest consumer, retail, food, and pharmaceutical companies to change the way we make, distribute, sell, use, and recycle products. Our investors include Softbank, Amazon, Alibaba, Verizon, NTT DoCoMo, Qualcomm, and PepsiCo. We are growing fast and need people that want to be part of the journey, commercializing Sensing as a Service and enabling “Intelligence for Everyday Things.”
We are seeking an Account Project Manager to lead large-scale implementation and deployment programs for our strategic enterprise customer based in Bentonville, AR. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong operational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on program leadership. You will be responsible for driving successful rollouts of Wiliot’s IoT and cloud solutions across complex retail and supply chain environments.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of implementation programs, from pilot through scaled rollout.
- Define deployment plans, milestones, success metrics, and operational readiness criteria.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned to contractual commitments.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead for our clients program stakeholders and facilitate recurring status meetings and executive updates.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Product, R&D, Hardware Operations, Data, and Customer Success teams.
- Translate retail and supply chain workflows into scalable technical deployments.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans to protect timelines and outcomes.
- Track implementation KPIs including deployment velocity, adoption metrics, and operational performance.
- Build repeatable enterprise deployment playbooks and continuously improve implementation processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations in retail, supply chain, SaaS, or IoT environments.
- Experience working directly with large enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution centers, supplier onboarding, and logistics processes.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
- Comfort engaging in discussions around IoT hardware, cloud platforms, APIs, and data integrations.
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Direct experience working with the nation’s largest retailers.
- Background in IoT, connected devices, or supply chain technology.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
