Job Description
STAR Physical Therapy is growing! We are looking to add a hybrid Physical Therapist (Outpatient & Homecare) who will provide homecare services in the Farmington / Lincoln area and coverage in our Farmington and Lincoln outpatient clinics.
This Hybrid Physical Therapist position would be ideal for:
- PTs looking for flexible hours with full salary and benefits
- Home visits without OASIS documentation
- Clinicians who value autonomy and control over their schedule.
- PTs who want to provide one-on-one care in a low-stress home environment as well as maintain their skills and camaraderie in an outpatient clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate.
- AR Physical Therapist License or eligible.
- Certifications Required: CPR/First Aid
