Walmart, headquartered in Bentonville, is Arkansas's largest visa sponsor for distribution and wholesale roles, particularly for supply chain analysts and logistics coordinators. Other active sponsors include Tyson Foods for food distribution roles, J.B. Hunt Transport Services for logistics positions, and regional distributors like America's Car-Mart and Murphy USA for specialized wholesale operations.
How to find distribution & wholesale visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?

Which visa types are most common for distribution & wholesale roles in Arkansas?
H-1B visas are common for specialized roles like supply chain analysts, logistics engineers, and data scientists at major employers like Walmart. L-1 visas support international transfers within multinational distributors. TN visas serve Canadian and Mexican professionals in qualifying positions, while O-1 visas are rare but possible for executives with extraordinary expertise in supply chain innovation.
Which cities in Arkansas have the most distribution & wholesale sponsorship jobs?

What is the prevailing wage for sponsored distribution & wholesale jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
