- Physical stamina – You can lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on your feet for the whole shift—housekeeping is a workout!

How to find hospitality visa sponsorship jobs in Arkansas?
Migrate Mate specializes in connecting international professionals with Arkansas hospitality employers who sponsor visas. Focus on resort areas like Hot Springs and growing markets in Little Rock and Fayetteville. Target management-level positions in hotels, restaurants, and event venues, as these roles most commonly qualify for visa sponsorship in Arkansas's hospitality sector.
What visa types are most common for hospitality jobs in Arkansas?
H-1B visas are most common for hotel management, revenue management, and food service management roles requiring specialized skills. TN visas work for Canadian and Mexican nationals in management positions. O-1 visas occasionally apply for renowned chefs or hospitality professionals with extraordinary achievements. What is the prevailing wage for sponsored hospitality jobs in Arkansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
