It translates business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives, partners with leadership to identify key customer insights, and assists in developing testing and validation methodologies. The team leverages expertise in data management, optimization software, root cause analysis, and user story development to drive informed decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and assist in evaluating trade-off decisions.
- Coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) and contribute to implementation planning.
- Provide analytical and consultative support to functional leadership.
- Translate business strategies into actionable analytics initiatives that support customer and business objectives.
- Assist in developing testing and validation methodologies.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Lead in analyzing critical data sets to support new capabilities, enhance functionality, and address business challenges.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consultative solutions that meet business needs.
