We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Financial Specialist/ Accounting Specialist to support our finance and operations team with daily accounting tasks and financial reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and financial records
- Support monthly financial closing and reporting processes
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
- Assist in inventory-related accounting and cost tracking
- Coordinate with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and sales teams
- Assist with preparing financial reports and supporting external accountants when needed
- Perform other administrative and financial support tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting
- Familiarity with inventory accounting or cost tracking
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus
