The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and product stakeholders to build efficient software solutions, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and optimize application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using Go (Golang).
- Develop and enhance performance-critical components using C and C++.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Apply data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreading concepts to solve complex engineering problems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support backend application requirements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, development automation, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Go (Golang).
- Working knowledge of C and C++.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design principles.
- Experience building backend services, REST APIs, or distributed applications.
- Understanding of concurrency, multithreading, memory management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git, debugging tools, and standard development practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
