KEY EXCITING RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Spearhead technical support to resolve complex concerns in real-time GNSS networks and control centers.
- Lead system installations, customized configurations, and cloud-based deployments for global enterprises.
- Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions and onboarding programs both remotely and on-site.
- Champion customer success by creating innovative training materials and best practice documentation.
- Collaborate closely across diverse functional teams to accelerate knowledge transfer and service development.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in geodesy, surveying, or a related field with strong knowledge of GNSS surveying methods.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable insights for clients.
- Exceptional communication skills with full fluency in English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for customer-facing technical problem-solving.

- Practical experience with GNSS positioning workflows or real-time networks.
