At Gong, you will join a company built on innovative products, ambitious goals, and passionate people. We are shaping the future of revenue intelligence and we want people who are excited to build what comes next. You will work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Director, GTM Systems & Infrastructure to build and lead the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power our Go-To-Market organization. This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, internal tooling, and data orchestration, focused on accelerating revenue by transforming how our GTM teams operate. You will design and scale the technical backbone that connects our GTM systems, operational workflows, and revenue data to create intelligent, automated processes across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. As a player-coach leader within RevOps, you will be responsible for translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions — building AI-driven workflows, automation frameworks, and internal tools that increase productivity, improve data reliability, and enable faster revenue execution. This role also plays a critical part in our Gong-on-Gong / Customer Zero initiative, using our own products internally as a proving ground for new AI workflows, automation capabilities, and revenue infrastructure. The goal is to turn internal innovation into scalable operating models that power both our business and our customers.
Responsibilities
- Build the Revenue Engineering Function
- Establish and lead the Revenue Systems & Infrastructure discipline within RevOps, defining the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for AI, automation, internal tooling, and revenue data infrastructure.
- Build and mentor a team of GTM systems and automation builders focused on scaling revenue operations through technology.
-
Define architectural standards and best practices for automation, integrations, and internal tooling.
-
AI & Intelligent Workflow Automation
- Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, decision-making, and execution across the revenue organization.
- Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across the GTM lifecycle, including pipeline management, prospecting intelligence, forecasting signals, and customer insights.
-
Translate ambiguous operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
-
Automation & Workflow Orchestration
- Own the architecture and scaling of GTM workflow automation across the revenue technology stack.
- Design and implement complex automations and integrations using platforms such as Workato, APIs, and adjacent orchestration tools.
-
Build scalable workflows supporting:
- Lead routing and lifecycle management
- Territory and account ownership
- Data enrichment and quality management
- Pipeline governance and operational execution
- Compensation, quota, and operational processes
-
Internal Tool Creation
- Design and build internal applications and lightweight tooling that accelerate GTM execution and reduce reliance on fragmented point solutions.
- Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Product teams to develop tools that unlock insights, improve operational visibility, and support AI-driven workflows.
-
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions to reduce vendor sprawl and technical complexity.
-
Revenue Data Infrastructure & Orchestration
- Own the orchestration and reliability of revenue data across the GTM ecosystem.
- Design scalable data pipelines and integrations that power automation, analytics, and AI-driven workflows.
-
Partner with systems and data teams to ensure data quality, governance, and visibility across core GTM platforms.
-
Customer Zero / Internal Innovation
- Act as a core technical leader in the Customer Zero initiative, using our own products internally to develop scalable GTM workflows.
-
Prototype and operationalize new automation patterns and AI use cases that shape how modern revenue teams operate.
-
Operational Execution & Platform Health
- Own the intake, prioritization, and roadmap management for Revenue Engineering initiatives.
- Manage team capacity, delivery timelines, and stakeholder alignment across multiple technical projects.
- Maintain high standards for system reliability, monitoring, documentation, and change management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in RevOps, GTM Ops, Data Strategy, or Sales Operations roles
- Revenue Infrastructure & GTM Systems Experience
- Deep understanding of modern revenue organizations and GTM operations, including Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps workflows.
-
Experience building or operating GTM infrastructure in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
-
Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Significant experience building and scaling automations using platforms such as Workato, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation and orchestration tools.
-
Strong experience designing integrations and automation frameworks across complex GTM system environments.

- Practical experience applying AI or LLM technologies to real business workflows.
-
Ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and determine where they create real business leverage.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations across revenue platforms.
-
Experience designing scalable data pipelines and workflows that support automation, analytics, and operational processes.
-
Internal Tool Development
- Experience building internal tools using platforms such as Retool or similar internal application frameworks.
-
Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy tools that solve operational problems.

Which technology companies in Colorado sponsor Green Card visas?
Several major employers in Colorado have consistent track records of sponsoring Green Card petitions for technology workers. These include Google (Boulder), Amazon Web Services, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Oracle, and Arrow Electronics. Colorado's aerospace and defense sector is particularly active, alongside a strong base of software, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity companies that regularly file EB-2 and EB-3 petitions.
Which cities in Colorado have the most technology Green Card sponsorship jobs?
Denver and Boulder together account for the majority of technology Green Card sponsorship activity in Colorado. Denver hosts a dense concentration of enterprise software, fintech, and IT services firms, while Boulder is known for SaaS and data-driven startups. Colorado Springs attracts defense and aerospace sponsorship, and Fort Collins has a growing software engineering community tied to Colorado State University's research ecosystem.
What types of technology roles typically qualify for Green Card sponsorship in Colorado?
Roles that most commonly qualify include software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and systems architects. In Colorado specifically, aerospace systems engineers and defense software developers are also frequently sponsored given the state's strong defense contracting presence. These positions generally qualify under EB-2 (advanced degree or exceptional ability) or EB-3 (skilled workers) categories.
How do I find technology Green Card sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by Green Card visa type, the technology industry, and Colorado as your target state to see employers actively sponsoring permanent residence petitions. Because standard job boards don't filter by sponsorship type or visa category, Migrate Mate saves significant time for international candidates who need to confirm Green Card sponsorship before applying.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for technology Green Card sponsorship?
Colorado's technology employers span both commercial software and federally contracted defense work. Roles at defense contractors like Lockheed Martin or Raytheon may require security clearances, which can complicate or delay Green Card processing for non-citizens. For commercial tech roles, Colorado's strong PERM filing activity reflects genuine hiring demand. Candidates should confirm whether a prospective employer has an in-house immigration team or works with outside counsel, as this often signals sponsorship readiness.
What is the prevailing wage for Green Card technology jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
