Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
- Provides consultative services to assigned areas regarding how human resources services can support business strategies, priorities, issues, and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with assigned business units/teams to support needs for engagement, employee recruitment, hiring, compensation, talent/performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Advises leadership on the development and implementation of workforce best practices that advance the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
- Provides coaching on the handling of employee relations matters, including managing performance, managing conflict, and addressing retention issues.
- Identifies issues or trends that suggest changes to policies and procedures. Advises on the latest developments and trends in human resources policy interpretation, labor relations, regulatory compliance, and federal/state/local law.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, Business Administration, Organization Development, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Related experience in healthcare or a matrixed organization.
