We are currently looking for a Brand Strategy Associate to join us.
In this role, you can expect:
- Find and share critical information (e.g., secondary research/desk research) and identify relative importance of ideas to help inform work
- Seek out work and finds ways to get involved with new projects, initiatives, and topics
- Support the creation of an idea that is right for the category, the audience(s) and the brand
- Actively contribute to assigned project and project management tasks such as competitive audits, discovery immersions, background research, note taking etc.
- Asks questions and consistently ensure work aligns with expectations
- Always eager and ready to jump in when asked to support new ideas or initiatives
- Highly engaged in Monigle culture, developing trusted relationships across departments
Our ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or similar field)
- Internship(s) or 1+ year of Strategy experience; Brand strategy is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data
- Interest in seeing the impact of your work in client businesses and in the real world
Salary range: $55,000 - $78,000
Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience – reach out to us to learn more.
