Which companies sponsor visas for warehouse jobs in Colorado?
Amazon, XPO Logistics, Cardinal Health, and CH Robinson are among the larger employers with distribution operations in Colorado who have sponsored work visas for logistics and warehouse roles. Companies running large regional fulfillment centers along the I-25 corridor in Aurora, Thornton, and Pueblo tend to have HR infrastructure capable of supporting sponsorship, though availability varies by role and hiring cycle.
Which visa types are most common for warehouse roles in Colorado?
H-1B sponsorship for warehouse roles is uncommon because most positions do not meet the specialty occupation requirement of a degree in a specific field. Warehouse management, industrial engineering, and supply chain analyst roles with degree requirements are more likely to qualify. TN visas are an option for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories, and L-1 transfers apply for internal company moves within multinational logistics firms.
Which cities in Colorado have the most warehouse sponsorship jobs?
Aurora and Denver account for the largest share of warehouse and distribution employment in Colorado, driven by proximity to Denver International Airport and major interstate access. Pueblo has grown as a secondary logistics hub with lower real estate costs attracting distribution center investment. Commerce City and Thornton also host significant warehouse operations along the northern Front Range corridor.
How to find warehouse visa sponsorship jobs in Colorado?
Migrate Mate filters warehouse jobs in Colorado specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you are not sorting through listings from employers who do not sponsor. Searching by role and state on Migrate Mate surfaces distribution, fulfillment, and supply chain positions where Colorado employers have indicated sponsorship. Focusing on larger national logistics operators and healthcare supply chain companies in the Aurora and Denver metro tends to return the most relevant results.
Are there any Colorado-specific considerations for warehouse visa sponsorship?
Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose compensation ranges in job postings, which gives sponsored candidates useful context when evaluating offers against prevailing wage requirements under H-1B and H-2B programs. The state's tight labor market along the Front Range has pushed some distribution employers to expand their sponsorship willingness for warehouse management and logistics coordinator roles that meet specialty occupation criteria.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored warehouse jobs in Colorado?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
