Job Duties:
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Job Requirements:
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and seven (7) years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience is gained. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience is gained.
Must have 5 years of experience in:
- Program and project management: Leading cross-functional teams on projects (including broad scope, high customer impact, and a regulatory deliverable);
- Coaching individuals and team members within the scope of the project, including indirect internal employees and external contractors; and,
- Training of project testers on testing tools: Hewlett-Packard Application Lifecycle Management tool.
Must have 3 years of experience in:
- Communicating with and presenting to high-level executives and external stakeholders; and
- Leading organizational change management initiatives.
Must have 1 year of experience in database and operating systems: SAP Industry Solution for Utilities – ECC, Customer Relations Management (CRM), and Business Intelligence and Business Warehouse experience.
