- 5+ years experience as a Paralegal
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knows all about drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, knows how to file papers with the court electronically, coordinate and maintain attorney calendar and ensure compliance with all court deadlines
- Familiar with plaintiff's PI and has been through trial preparation and attending trial even when out of town
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, coordinating deposition schedules
- Calendaring, calendaring, calendaring. Cannot miss any court ordered deadlines
- Acting as my travel agent making sure I get to cities where I need to be. This involves making air flights, hotel and car rental reservations
- Manage electronic case files
- Communicate well with clients mostly via telephone
- Bilingual would be preferred but not required
