INTRODUCTION
Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters, including representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt, workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans, and other real estate transactions, such as purchases and sales of commercial property.

- 4-8 years of real estate finance experience.

- This candidate must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire. We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.
